Jeff McFarlin

Jeff McFarlin is a Executive Member and Project Director for Diligence Offshore Services, LLC. He was instrumental in the development of the largest independent port in the Gulf of Mexico. Jeff was the first person on-site and he managed all operations, contracts, and accounting for the first year as he developed the site from an abandoned rig-yard to a functional port. Additional administrative staff and a superintendent joined him 16 months later. This entity doubled in value within 12-24 months and is currently worth triple the capital invested to date. Jeff has worked on every side of building, managing, and operating a profitable private port. This includes planning, engineering, regulatory, safety, permitting, vendor management, public relations, legal, vessel agency, sales, berth utilization, and identifying highest and best uses.
